Dream team is too top heavy!
Injuries to Rewoldt has probably helped them.
There aren’t enough Saints players among the two squads. Yes, I know Riewoldt is injured, but that’s no reason to get rid of ignore the other Sainters as well except Dal Santo.
We are 5th on the ladder and we have ONE player in this game (barring injury) West Coast are 15th and have THREE players! Go figure.
have a cry
Who would you put in T-Mac? Can’t think of any other Saints who deserve to be there. The Saints are a relatively even team: after Riewoldt, you haven’t really got anyone who stands out as an obvious selection here. West Coast on the other hand, have got a few superstars, and a bunch of passengers. The good thing about that is that while you’ll miss out on seeing Saints playing in this one – you’ll inevitably be a better team than the Weagles.
(As an aside – you may be 5th, but you were a timekeepers mistake away from 10th or so)
Wounded Tiger: You’re dead right about how the Saints have an even list while the Eagles have stars such as Kerr, Embley, Glass…I just wish the Vic/DT selectors would have realised this and found at least one Saints player who has worked hard instead of another bloody Geelong player who has done nothing and only gets in on the back of their recent success. (My pick would be Jason Gram…a real under-the-radar sort of guy, plus he was named in the original 40-man squad)
Dream team has too many star fowards, and not enough midfeilders that can deliver the ball good enough.
they’l have to tag the vics on ballers if they wanna compete.
Briana & James – 15
I think that these team just show the true dominance of Geelong at the moment, to have 9 players over both teams is amazing if we consider that these are the best AFL players that Australia has.
GO THE VICS ALL THE WAY T-MAC U SUCKY LA LA SAINTS POOF NUFF NUFF PIES R DA BEST
