Will AFL Football Players Ever Learn?
It astounds me that in today’s society and with the media scrutiny that AFL Football Players are under that this type of thing continues to happen. Are AFL Players that dumb and stupid that they can’t realize this?
Kane Johnson, is not just an AFL Player at the Richmond Football Club but he is the Captain of the Club!. He was caught urinating on, of all places, the St Kilda Road police precinct. Does this reiterate the fact that AFL Players are dumb and stupid or what!

How can Johnson now turn around and tell his players to behave with any respect now? There had to some tiny part of his brain that was telling him that this was the wrong thing to do surely. His house is right next to the Police Station for gods sake!!!
As long as the misdemeanour is not too serious I don’t particularly care what players do off the field. As long as they turn up ready to play, I’m happy.
I remember Gerard Healy getting arrested for a similar offense in Adelaide after a State of Origin match. He didn’t miss a match or get fined.
As a Richmond supporter I don’t care about the Johnson incident.
To be honest, I’m not that disappointed that Johnson isn’t playing. Johnson tends to slow the game down and his effectiveness is pretty minimal.
Make it a two match punishment..I won’t miss him.
