Collingwood and that Nick Maxwell Bump
Well, personally I think that the 4 weeks handed down to new Collingwood skipper Nick Maxwell was a bit harsh others think not, I think Mark Robinson from the Herald Sun is one. Never the less 4 weeks is what he got and I just wonder if Patrick McGinnity had not received a broken jaw whether the penalty would have been a bit different?

Guilt as charged! Not dirty by Maxwell. Is a tad unlucky that he hit the head, but the rules are clear on this!
PMM is right about the rules – they even have a picture in the official Laws of the Game for footballers who can’t read showing where you can hit an opponent and where you can’t. Head is a no-no.
